Job Summary

Support growth across deals by analyzing pricing and margins to drive efficiencies, lower costs, and maximize profitability. Serve as an advanced subject-matter expert for complex deal reviews and pre-sales qualification, advising on pricing structure, costing optimization, deal packaging, and competitive pricing propositions. Build pricing tools and templates, run scenario/sensitivity analyses, and transfer pricing knowledge to the GDC delivery team to ensure ongoing management of commercial contract aspects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide analytical breakdowns of pricing structures for deals and pricing strategies.
•Maintain knowledge of hardware/software licensing and vendor services commercial models in the vendor environment.
•Optimize costing with vendors and regions; coordinate with Sales to mitigate risks and prevent channel or country/region conflicts.
•Implement pricing and deal packaging guidelines across teams, including competitive pricing propositions for specific client deals.
•Run scenario, what-if, and sensitivity analyses; create pricing tools/templates and capture pricing knowledge for new pursuits and GDC delivery team handover.

Key Requirements

•Advanced understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs.
•Advanced knowledge of competitors and market trends, with vendor pricing and commercial model experience (e.g., Cisco and Microsoft / VMW license model).
•Advanced analytical and research skills, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
•Demonstrated experience in similar pricing analyst roles and experience developing and implementing innovative pricing solutions.
•Advanced demonstrated experience using business intelligence software and building commercial models using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
