Staff Engineer, Electromechanical Systems Advance Manufacturing (R5184)

Lead manufacturing engineering efforts for electromechanical subsystems and assemblies in fast-paced aerospace/defense programs. Develop and optimize processes, tooling, and production flows for actuators, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and powertrain components, while partnering with design to improve manufacturability, reliability, and testability. Drive root-cause investigations, define standards, and mentor junior engineers to ensure producible, high-quality systems.
