Key Responsibilities

•Support Regional HRBPs in advancing key talent and organizational priorities, including performance management, engagement, diversity, mobility, onboarding integration, and other critical people initiatives.
•Execute defined components of HRBP priorities with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership of agreed deliverables.
•Track progress against priority initiatives, monitor milestones, identify gaps or risks, and escalate issues to HRBPs in a timely and structured manner.
•Prepare, organize, and analyze workforce data, including headcount, attrition, performance, diversity, and other people metrics, to help identify trends, surface risks, and support recommendations.
•Develop dashboards, trackers, summaries, and presentation materials that help HRBPs and business stakeholders understand key workforce themes and progress against priorities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a matrixed global organization.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to organize data, identify patterns, and support insight generation.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, well-structured outputs.
•Ability to operate in a global matrix organization and collaborate effectively across HR and business functions.
•Growth mindset and willingness to build capability through both execution-oriented work and increasing exposure to strategic HR priorities.
