Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned work from start to close-out, covering delivery aspects to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • •Establish and maintain strong client relationships; communicate with technical and management-level personnel.
  • •Review project plans, requirements, and specifications; perform feasibility studies and site surveys as needed.
  • •Prepare RFPs, support contractor selection and contract award, and work with contractors to establish CPM baseline schedules.
  • •Identify project risks, gaps, and opportunities; facilitate and run project meetings while maintaining minutes, action items, and validating progress, contractor pay applications, and invoices.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of construction project management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture engineering, project management, or related technical fields.
  • •Excellent understanding of construction, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
  • •Strong working knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems/components and technology.
  • •Client-facing ability to understand technical construction programs and communicate progress to technical and management stakeholders.
