Key Responsibilities

  • •Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response, from correlation and incident building through automated response actions.
  • •Lead XDR expansion into exposure and vulnerability management, including patch management, advanced device control, host firewall management, remediation workflows, and noise reduction.
  • •Define how XDR, exposure, and adjacent signals (attack surface and cloud posture) are brought in as inputs to sharpen prioritization.
  • •Partner with the Entity Analytics team on asset criticality and entity context to compound exposure prioritization.
  • •Serve as the product voice for senior security stakeholders and create roadmap trackers, decision memos, and competitive briefs to guide execution.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software, with a track record of leading products from strategy through shipped outcomes.
  • •Hands-on domain knowledge of XDR/EDR/SIEM or security operations (e.g., SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder) to discuss correlation, response automation, and detection engineering.
  • •Fluency in exposure and vulnerability prioritization, including exploitability and reachability beyond CVSS severity.
  • •Solid comprehension of analytics and data-science techniques behind detection and prioritization, including familiarity with AI security, how AI/ML/agentic systems are attacked and defended.
  • •Executive presence and cross-functional fluency across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align stakeholders and drive execution in a distributed environment.
