Focus Factory Leader

Lead manufacturing and assembly operations for a focus factory in Columbia, SC, directing salaried and hourly production and support teams. You’ll plan and assign work, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Serve as the primary communication link between leadership and production teams, coach employee performance, and ensure training, talent development, and succession planning using Six Sigma fundamentals.
