Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop individualized roadmaps for customers’ digital transformation and implement them using Premium Services.
  • •Bring together experts to develop prototypes and quickly make innovative business ideas tangible.
  • •Develop and realize a service plan that technically safeguards customers’ business-critical processes and SAP landscape.
  • •Clarify service scope with customers and internal teams, coordinate execution, and follow up on results and recommendations.
  • •Identify new collaboration opportunities, and support customers in critical situations by coordinating next steps and involving experienced colleagues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in IT, business administration, or a technical field (or equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience).
  • •Interest in business goals, business processes, and trends such as Artificial Intelligence; willingness to deepen industry and technology knowledge.
  • •Some practical experience in project management, ideally with experience steering teams.
  • •Analytical, self-driven approach to challenges; ability to explain complex topics clearly and organize work reliably.
  • •Knowledge of artificial intelligence and/or SAP Business Technology Platform, S/4HANA, or Cloud ALM, plus high learning readiness; fluent German and English (C1 or higher).
