Head of Environments

Lead the Environment Assets teams to create 3D stylized environments, sets, and props for animated films. Bridge artistic vision and technical execution by overseeing modeling, surfacing, matte painting/projection workflows, and ensuring assets integrate cleanly with downstream departments like Layout, Lighting, and Compositing. Provide creative/technical leadership, drive efficient department workflows within the studio pipeline, manage bids and delivery timelines, and mentor supervisors and artists to sustain high asset quality.
