Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first point of escalation for Managed Services at BCN airports.
  • •Respond to customer complaints, conduct customer satisfaction investigations, and drive improvement plans.
  • •Manage quality issue management and coordinate servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removal of equipment.
  • •Conduct technical analysis for product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to meet customer specifications.
  • •Lead and manage technical products, services, logistics, configurations, and statement of work requirements while troubleshooting issues and escalating key matters to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma with proven experience or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with experience in airports managed services or airport operators in Spain.
  • •Familiarity with Cisco network devices and general networking concepts.
  • •Working experience dealing with airport operators in Spain.
  • •Working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS), including airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation, and passenger processing systems.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and excellent written/verbal communication in English and Spanish.
