Site Lead, IT Field Technician

Lead onsite operations for managed services at BCN airports, serving as first point of escalation and managing day-to-day priorities. You’ll lead a team of Field Service Technicians, handle customer complaints with satisfaction investigations, and drive quality issue management. Coordinate servicing and troubleshooting for equipment and technical products, perform technical analysis for implementations and modifications, manage customer logistics/configurations, and oversee statement of work requirements while representing the onsite Collins Aerospace presence to customers.
