Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete end-to-end finished product testing following SOPs and testing methodology.
  • •Perform titrations, Karl Fischer analysis, and UV testing, including organoleptic testing for product evaluation.
  • •Operate and calibrate pump dispensers, Hamilton dilutors, ovens, and Chittick apparatus.
  • •Prepare reagents and placebos for analytical testing and follow best practices for volumetric glassware.
  • •Use and calibrate measurement tools (pH meters, density meters, viscometers) and interpret data to identify OOS/OOT results and escalate risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant science degree and strong analytical knowledge with a practical/technical background.
  • •Assess data to identify trends, atypical results, and out-of-specification results, and carry out further investigation.
  • •Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., Quality One).
  • •Healthcare industry experience in a practical/analytical area working to cGMP standards (desirable).
  • •Good written and oral communication skills.
