Own the full partnership lifecycle for Ophelia’s telehealth treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD), prospecting and activating new referral sources while nurturing existing community partners. Spend most of your time in the field building relationships with healthcare providers and community leaders, using Salesforce or HubSpot to track conversion and ROI and refine weekly outreach strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to expand market penetration and remove referral barriers.

•Identify, prospect, and pitch new referral partners, managing a high-volume pipeline from outreach to active partnerships.
•Nurture and scale existing partnerships, ensuring partners remain aligned with Ophelia’s mission as long-term advocates for patients.
•Use CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) to track activity, referral-to-patient conversion, and ROI; analyze results and adjust weekly strategy.
•Spend most of your time in the field meeting healthcare providers, community leaders, and patient advocates to identify needs and remove barriers to treatment.
•Collect and analyze partner feedback to refine referral strategies and collaborate with marketing, commercial, clinical, product, and operations teams.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Live in or near York, Adams, Lancaster, Dauphin and/or Cumberland counties (ideally within 30 minutes by car).
•2-5 years of experience with business development, partnership management, medical sales, or account management.
•Able to travel locally about 4 days/week with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
•Skilled at independently crafting and executing outreach strategies while monitoring performance metrics and adjusting as needed.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first/client-first mindset; ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
