Lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Uganda as the in-market face of the stablecoin-powered neobank. Key Responsibilities

•Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Uganda.
•Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
•Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
•Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Uganda.
•Recruit, manage, and develop a local team and provide market intelligence to HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a country/market lead role, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
•Deep network and understanding of the Uganda financial, tech, or startup ecosystem.
•Track record driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluency in English; proficiency in local Uganda languages strongly preferred.
