Job Summary

Serve as a primary service and maintenance contact supporting Trane Technologies customers in a defined commercial market. You’ll organize the warehouse, deliver parts and tools to field service sites, and perform minor maintenance on shop equipment. Support HVAC commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and startup in commercial environments, while maintaining safety standards, MSDS compliance, and accurate tracking of tools and assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize the warehouse and deliver parts and tools to work sites for field service technicians.
•Assist in minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment under direction from the Service Team Lead.
•Use small hand tools to repair warehouse equipment or vehicles as needed.
•Maintain and organize the shop/warehouse, ensure MSDS compliance, and record chemicals for waste disposal pickup.
•Log and track large tools and equipment to and from job sites, including refrigerant cylinder recovery and forklift operation as necessary.

Salary: USD 19.95 - 33.33 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or an equivalent or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
•Typically 0-2 years of experience in HVAC.
•Technical school or formal training is preferred.
•Experience operating a forklift or desire to learn.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations; EPA Type Universal preferred or willingness to obtain.
