Maintain The Masonic venue show-ready by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and plant facilities. Handle emergency and scheduled maintenance, read and interpret manuals and work orders, and manage changeovers such as setting and striking chairs and resetting concourses. Keep the venue safe, clean, and compliant with safety regulations, and support sustainability efforts through resource-conserving practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Change over the venue and auditorium by setting/striking chairs and resetting concourses and entry.
•Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on equipment.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
•Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
•Maintain a safe, clean venue and perform plumbing and carpentry functions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.18 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
•Basic mechanic skills in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and repair.
•Ability to work independently and stay highly motivated.
•AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs+ (occasional sitting).
