Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned energy projects as project manager/program manager, including administration and establishing project objectives and policies.
  • •Own internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, and risk management, with significant profit/loss responsibility.
  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff meetings and provide seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support projects through feasibility, preliminary/detailed design, issue-for-bid, construction, startup, and commissioning.
  • •Conduct milestone design reviews (30%, 60%, 100%) and facilitate fabrication reviews; deliver in accordance with AECOM’s QMS process and support proposal capture/negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related degree with 6 years of relevant project management experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Project Management experience directly related to power generation projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to lead matrixed design teams and manage client-approved engineering consultants, including in remote team environments.
