Engineer - Stakeholder Management

Plan, manage, and coordinate stakeholder engagement for large-scale infrastructure projects. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, government authorities, utility providers, asset owners, developers, and contractors to secure timely approvals, permits, NOCs, and utility interfaces. Identify interface risks, monitor stakeholder activities against the project schedule, and maintain approval/permit trackers, reports, dashboards, and documentation to support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
