Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of quarterly earnings including scripts, press releases, Q&A preparation, presentations, and investor materials.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, and external vendors for accurate public disclosures.
  • •Maintain the Investor Relations website, financial calendar, and supporting materials, and develop messaging to communicate strategy and financial performance.
  • •Support institutional investor engagement, including investor targeting, roadshows/conferences, Investor Day activities, and summarizing investor feedback for executives.
  • •Update consensus models, monitor Street expectations and peer/valuation trends, track SaaS operating metrics, and drive process improvements using AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or a related function.
  • •Public company Investor Relations experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational detail.
  • •Experience managing multiple high-priority projects and deadlines.
  • •Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation, plus a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
