Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee stockroom operations: receipt, storage, organization, picking, counting, monitoring, and distribution to meet store needs.
  • •Maintain safe, orderly stockroom standards, including practicing and promoting safety consciousness and security measures to deter theft.
  • •Ensure stock processes and policies are understood and followed by team members at all times.
  • •Receive and verify shipments, handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts current and accurate, and manage damaged/mis-mated merchandise.
  • •Support sales floor activities and customer service: greet customers, answer questions, offer product knowledge, and assist the Store Manager with fiscal and productivity goals.
