Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide environmental, health, safety, and security leadership for the site(s), including directing EHS activities and setting EHS objectives and targets.
  • •Maintain site ISO 14001 certifications and ensure accurate EHS reporting of metrics.
  • •Manage closure of MESH and regulatory agency findings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
  • •Lead investigations, measurement, and evaluations of environmental, safety, and health conditions, including directing actions during crises.
  • •Supervise Safety and Environmental activities, manage EHS training needs, and coordinate with Engineering/Manufacturing on equipment or production line installations based on MESH guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Natural Sciences from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years of EHS experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS requirements (e.g., OSHA/PROSHO; MESH/benchmark).
  • •Strong familiarity with ISO 14001 and related EHS management systems (e.g., MESH, OPA/EBE/MESH+).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without a company sponsorship; fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
