Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate seasonal vendor communication, including production calendars, unit plans, minimums, and key milestones, working with the Sourcing Manager to resolve challenges.
  • •Manage raw material bookings, call-offs, and purchase order activity to support production needs aligned to delivery schedules.
  • •Maintain accurate seasonal order information, vendor costs, and delivery updates across relevant systems, including PLM.
  • •Partner with Product Development, Technical, and Quality Assurance teams to support sign-off dates and resolve quality or production issues.
  • •Analyse seasonal pricing, margins, vendor performance, and pre-buy versus actual requirements to highlight risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in sourcing, production, manufacturing, or a related supply chain environment, ideally within fashion, luxury, retail, or consumer goods.
  • •Strong understanding of costing, negotiation, production calendars, and retail maths.
  • •Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP or PLM experience is beneficial.
  • •Clear, considered communication skills to build trusted relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners.
  • •Highly organised, detail-focused, able to manage priorities and follow through on actions.
