Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI fluency curriculum end to end, including roadmap, sequencing, quality bar, and decisions on what to teach or omit.
  • •Curate and create AI fluency materials (curricula, courses, videos, essays, exercises, interactive lessons) and set quality standards for partner content.
  • •Build AI-assisted production pipelines to reduce time from idea to published work while raising quality.
  • •Translate research frameworks into accessible material for diverse audiences (e.g., nurses, teachers, small business owners, policymakers, community leaders).
  • •Measure whether the teaching worked by defining and instrumenting learning outcomes beyond completion.

Salary: USD 270,000 - 365,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience designing content and curricula for adult learners at significant scale, with a strong sense of what makes learning stick.
  • •Exceptional writing that turns technical ideas into accurate, intuitive mental models for general audiences and novices.
  • •Experience producing multimedia learning content end to end (scripts, video, interactive) and collaborating with agencies/partners under short deadlines.
  • •A working practice of using Claude and other LLMs as infrastructure in your production.
  • •Enough technical comfort to build light tooling and automations to support the content-production pipeline.
