Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design of foundational seller experiences including sign-up, onboarding, and the connective surfaces across Paddle’s products.
  • •Create cross-team guidelines, principles, and reusable patterns to keep the platform experience consistent.
  • •Contribute to integration and AI experiences by shaping interaction patterns and defining where AI delivers real user value.
  • •Lead foundational design thinking across information architecture, interaction patterns, accessibility, and scalable component design.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, influence roadmaps, validate with research/data, and ship high-quality outcomes.

  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design with problem-solving, interaction design, and visual clarity in complex domains.
  • •Proven experience owning, building, and maintaining design systems (components, documentation, governance, and driving adoption).
  • •Curiosity about adopting AI in the design process and ability to assess where AI delivers real user value.
  • •Comfort working horizontally across many teams to align stakeholders, balance needs, and maintain consistency without slowing teams down.
  • •Strong UI design and prototyping skills using Figma and Claude Code (or similar tools), with knowledge of implementation constraints and accessibility.
