Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day Inspection Center operations and supervise reconditioning activities.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports; manage succession planning and performance.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Drive production planning and capacity, and guide the reconditioning team to meet performance metrics.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure certification and progression path processes are executed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with performance management and coaching.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
