Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors; educate workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • •Enforce site safety rules, handle site accidents per established accident protocol, and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure construction meets design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and evaluate construction employee performance, including disciplinary measures as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, techniques, and methodologies, including structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Proficiency in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •Strong technical ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, with familiarity with construction software/tools.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; strong communication and analytical skills to solve on-site issues.
