Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for engineering data affecting customer, supplier, and internal changes.
  • •Track ECR progress and collect evidence from the team.
  • •Ensure accurate equipment set up in Plex (assets, naming, work logs connections).
  • •Oversee document control: uploading files, naming standards, permissions, and tracking approvals.
  • •Provide FEL project governance and lead regular product reviews tied to Foundational FMEA with A3/8D updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (required).
  • •Derive information from part prints (Weight, Part Count, Part No., Rev Level, GD&T Basics) (required).
  • •Strong project organizational, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills (required).
  • •Ability to use Plex or similar ERP systems and Excel, and capability in PowerPoint (required).
  • •Experience with audits and standards (preferred).
