Job Function: Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up purchase orders (POs), invoicing, and receiving; assist procurement with operating POs/vendors and Scout requests.
  • •Review, post, and ensure monthly accruals of operating expenses are in place.
  • •Support accounting (fixed asset team) by reviewing lease contracts and approving lease invoices in Tririga.
  • •Build CapEx/OpEx budgets at a vendor level and coordinate meetings with site managers; conduct ops account analysis from A360 actuals.
  • •Partner with BFM to keep POs and invoices within budget and support site managers with vendor setup; assist Master Data Management and run weekly stakeholder check-ins.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on relevant experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations.
  • •A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a nice-to-have.
  • •Demonstrate good communication skills.
  • •Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheets and ERP environments is a nice-to-have.
