Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Primarily cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions, participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, and follow retail procedures to mitigate fraud and manage risk.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
