Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of communication circuits used for network operations.
  • •Monitor circuit performance and usage to maintain optimal operation and security.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve circuit and network problems to minimize downtime.
  • •Support network administration ticket resolution, including categorizing service requests, researching incidents, performing root cause analyses, and completing problem resolutions.
  • •Support new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects, including configuring and maintaining monitoring systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school plus 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •TS/SCI eligibility clearance.
  • •Network administration and circuit management experience.
  • •DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
  • •Experience with contract management and interpreting AC/DC power systems, including transformers, circuit protection, and protective relaying.
