Senior Manager, Operations & Governance - Digital Assets

Lead operations and governance for the Digital Asset Banking national business line, ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are documented, updated, and compliant with applicable laws and regulatory standards. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk to interpret regulatory changes and advise senior leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert for governance, risk, and change management, and lead reporting and remediation plans while managing and developing a team.
