Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with customers and stakeholders (including executives) to understand M&A goals and shape execution plans for acquisition migrations
  • •Lead program reviews to surface risks/escalations early and clear obstacles so teams can keep moving
  • •Identify gaps between Salesforce policies/processes and acquired systems, and design simpler integrated paths forward
  • •Own business requirements documentation and map end-to-end future-state process flows, calling out enablement/process/technology changes
  • •Drive agile delivery of epics, user stories, and roadmaps through go-live, and run cross-functional alignment meetings

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in M&A integration, analytics, data movement, or comparable enterprise product management/engineering experience at a technology company
  • •3+ years managing SaaS product development programs with grounding in the SaaS business model and development lifecycle
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • •Ability to work with data from varied sources (data warehouses, spreadsheets, internal and external tools) to reach shared goals
  • •Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies applied flexibly
