Job Summary

Own GTM integration product programs end to end for Salesforce’s M&A data movement—running current/future-state analysis, shaping execution plans, and translating business requirements into product features and engineering stories. Lead risk-focused program reviews, define value-stream requirements with stakeholder sign-off, and map end-to-end process flows to a successful go-live. Partner across Business Technology and GTM stakeholders, and mentor other product managers as the playbook evolves.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customers and stakeholders (including executives) to understand M&A goals and shape execution plans for acquisition migrations
•Lead program reviews to surface risks/escalations early and clear obstacles so teams can keep moving
•Identify gaps between Salesforce policies/processes and acquired systems, and design simpler integrated paths forward
•Own business requirements documentation and map end-to-end future-state process flows, calling out enablement/process/technology changes
•Drive agile delivery of epics, user stories, and roadmaps through go-live, and run cross-functional alignment meetings

Key Requirements

•5+ years in M&A integration, analytics, data movement, or comparable enterprise product management/engineering experience at a technology company
•3+ years managing SaaS product development programs with grounding in the SaaS business model and development lifecycle
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
•Ability to work with data from varied sources (data warehouses, spreadsheets, internal and external tools) to reach shared goals
•Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies applied flexibly
