•Buff, handle touch-up work, mix paint, and use an airbrush as needed.
•Work in Carvana’s reconditioning environment using state-of-the-art tools.
•Follow safety equipment and protective garment requirements.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
•Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting, plus buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush tasks.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
