Component Engineer

Own component specifications and validation efforts for new components used in Trane residential HVAC products. Lead complex qualification programs supporting new product development and value engineering, including DFMEAs, test plans, and independent design reviews. Coordinate alignment of component plans and reliability roadmaps with product growth teams, direct work with engineering/technology centers, and interface with customers, suppliers, and qualification agencies to ensure on-time qualification before mass production.
