Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain component specifications, validation test plans, and DFMEAs for assigned components in Confluence.
  • •Lead technical component qualification programs for new product development and value engineering using validation plans, DFMEAs, and independent design review.
  • •Build and maintain technical expertise for assigned components and ensure alignment of component plans and reliability roadmaps with product growth teams.
  • •Direct engineering resources at remote Engineering and Technology Centers on component qualification projects supporting business requirements.
  • •Lead quality and field improvement projects and coordinate with internal/external customers, suppliers, and qualification agencies (e.g., UL/ETL/CSA) to support on-time qualification.
