Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects to quality standards, on time, and efficiently.
  • •Manage individual construction tasks across the process, including submittal and RFI processes, and support change order management and punch-list administration.
  • •Assist with establishing project governance, processes, and systems; ensure key information is shared and retained; coordinate meetings and maintain issues/actions logs.
  • •Support proposal preparation for new projects and variations, and assist with procurement of suppliers/resources as needed.
  • •Monitor and report on project costs/spending, maintain project cost tracking and EVM systems, liaise with finance for cost data, and contribute monthly reporting for multiple audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelors and/or Masters degree.
  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time to the right quality standards.
  • •Support management of individual construction tasks, including submittal and RFI processes.
