Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement test automation across backend (API/contract/integration, stable data setup), web (E2E/component coverage, visual and RTL regression), and mobile (native/cross-platform with Appium/Maestro, device-farm strategy, offline/sync behavior).
  • •Develop and maintain shared test infrastructure: fixtures, environment and test-data management, parallelization, and CI pipelines that make red builds actionable.
  • •Build performance and load testing coverage to validate system behavior under stress.
  • •Create AI-driven quality capabilities: test generation from specs/code/traffic, failure triage (bug vs flake vs environment vs rot), and self-healing locators with suite health tooling.
  • •Design evaluation infrastructure for AI features and market-specific behavior (Arabic/English, RTL interfaces, region-specific POS/tax/payment rules), including regression detection when prompts/models change.

  • •Strong hands-on automation testing experience shipping production software, including LLM-backed systems that real users depend on.
  • •Strong Python; comfortable working in at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript.
  • •Proven ability to own automated suites that gate releases for both backend and UI (web or mobile), keeping tests reliable and green.
  • •Experience building evaluation systems with measurable improvements (numbers) to prove system quality over time.
  • •Practical depth in modern AI/LLM tooling and test fundamentals: prompting/structured output/tool use, retrieval, agentic orchestration, and CI/CD testing practices.
