Key Responsibilities

•Lead design management across the build portfolio, including design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles.
•Set and manage design schedules per site and escalate schedule slips with an emphasis on recoverability.
•Run a design review process to ensure packages clear constructability, cost, and reference-design conformance.
•Own the interface between design and the field by feeding RFI trends into design fixes.
•Ensure repeatable reference design delivery by incorporating site learnings into the next build.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 222,000 - 307,000 annually

•Led design management on large industrial or mission-critical programs with multiple firms in flight.
•Held design firms to aggressive schedules and ensured delivery.
•Reviewed across disciplines to identify cross-discipline gaps missed by single-discipline reviewers.
•Built design review processes that improved both quality and speed.
•Bonus experience: data center design programs, owner-side design management, modular and DfMA delivery, and BIM-based review workflows.
