Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design management across the build portfolio, including design deliverables, consultants, and review cycles.
  • •Set and manage design schedules per site and escalate schedule slips with an emphasis on recoverability.
  • •Run a design review process to ensure packages clear constructability, cost, and reference-design conformance.
  • •Own the interface between design and the field by feeding RFI trends into design fixes.
  • •Ensure repeatable reference design delivery by incorporating site learnings into the next build.
