Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-ground support to the Ops and Program teams with initiatives requiring complex investigation and proactive follow-through.
  • •Monitor and drive resolution of operational callouts to minimize business risk while maintaining Amazon quality standards.
  • •Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives in the Variable Program team.
  • •Support the Program team by gathering insights to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and partners’ best experience.
  • •Ensure timely payments by managing end-to-end payment processes, raising POs, and working closely with stakeholders to meet SLAs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • •High school or equivalent diploma.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end payments processes and raising POs.
  • •Strong Excel skills with the ability to dive deep into large data across multiple tools and dashboards.
  • •Ability to work 40 hours/week (including overtime as required) with flexible shifts, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
