Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee wellbeing and safety engagement initiatives that promote healthier behaviors and reduce health risks.
  • •Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions (e.g., safety talks, stretch and flex, lunch and learns) and deliver ongoing monthly engagement plans.
  • •Conduct blood pressure biometric screenings and body composition testing events, and provide person-centered individual coaching and consults based on results.
  • •Perform daily site walks/rounds to engage employees in safe work practices and provide coaching/resources to prevent musculoskeletal injuries.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant data entry/documentation and collaborate with HR, benefits, and safety stakeholders to integrate wellness initiatives into site culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree with commitment to pursue National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching.
  • •Strong background in injury prevention, especially for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
  • •Ability to work proactively and independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Comfort engaging new people through proactive outreach and delivering coaching to individuals and groups.
  • •Strong presentation skills and confidence sharing health information and coaching on sustainable behavior change.
