The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Albuquerque Uptown

Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with company values. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability through strong customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection. Supervise floor coverage (including opening/closing), coach staff, support training and compliance, and help drive financial and operational objectives while maintaining brand standards.
