Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product design and enhancements for merchant services, collaborating with GPS partners across IT, Operations, risk, and other stakeholders to meet time-to-market deadlines.
  • •Drive commercialisation by updating internal/external collateral, organizing marketing events, leading sales enablement, managing the deal pipeline, and overseeing client implementation status.
  • •Partner with sales and relationship teams to gather market feedback and competition analysis, and provide product differentiators and deal pricing support.
  • •Explore partnerships with external payment providers, platforms, schemes and internal teams (e.g., Retail Banking, Markets) to create end-to-end client solutions.
  • •Collaborate with GPS Sales and Coverage teams for risk dispensation approvals and monitor revenue/cost from schemes and vendors while tracking NFI performance and supporting governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cash management product or sales experience, with prior corporate transaction banking and merchant acquiring or card business experience preferred.
  • •Experience in product project/program management, including co-creation with IT and internal business partners.

  • •Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, procedural, and regulatory considerations.
  • •Well-developed communication skills with client-facing experience and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
