Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles before customer delivery.
  • •Complete basic repairs including remove/replace parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, and work order administration.
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all vehicle interactions and perform software updates as needed during inspection.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with service team members (advisor, manager, etc.) and customers.
  • •Learn High/Low Voltage systems and demonstrate attention to detail for positive client experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of age or older.
  • •Complete ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire (Lucid reimburses successful completion).
  • •Ability to learn High/Low Voltage systems.
  • •Customer-facing communication skills and ability to use basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office) plus proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
