Float Personal Banker I- Hayward

Provide excellent customer care to consumers and business customers for daily banking transactions, handling inquiries and resolving issues in line with bank policies. Build rapport, answer questions, and direct customers to appropriate business partners for products and services. Maintain confidentiality, follow ethical conduct requirements, support office operations with the platform team, and track referral progression using required tools and dashboards.
