Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep machinery in working order to maintain continuous production.
  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Perform mechanical work acquired through prior experience or formal trade schooling.
  • •Work all shifts as assigned at the New Holland F/P Plant.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 36 months, or completion of verifiable formal schooling in a specific trade.
  • •Minimum of 12 months experience in fabrication and mechanical work.
  • •Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • •Prior industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant, and/or formal completed schooling in the trade.
  • •Welding, boiler, and electrical experience (preferred).
