Non-Technical Program Manager (B4)

Own program and project objectives by defining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans, then ensuring delivery against requirements including cost, utilization, and timeline. Document program and process development, manage transfers of needed information across functional areas, and maintain compliance with policies (notebooks, patents, confidentiality, safety). Coordinate cross-staff efforts, and help drive R&D of new technologies and methods for incorporation into products or services.
