Lead projects from ideation through completion for a non-profit serving children, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
•Develop end-to-end project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects successfully.
•Track project progress and provide regular status reports using appropriate tools and techniques.
•Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs; perform risk management and create contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven professional experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or human services sector.
•Excellent organisational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred/advantageous.
