Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement facilities management strategies, policies, and procedures across all office locations.
  • •Oversee maintenance operations, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
  • •Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with service providers, including outsourced services and SLAs.
  • •Ensure compliance with South African occupational health and safety legislation, including inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • •Manage office space utilization and workplace planning (parking, relocations, fit-outs/refurbishments) and deliver capital improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7–10 years of facilities management experience, including 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • •Experience managing multiple office locations across South Africa.
  • •Strong contractor and vendor management experience, including ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • •Proven experience managing operational and capital budgets, including cost control and procurement.
  • •Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and South African safety regulations.
