Lead Teller

Serve as a trusted advisor in a KeyBank branch by resolving complex client servicing issues and enhancing client relationships through high-quality, in-person service. Lead Teller coaches other tellers, manages day-to-day teller line scheduling and staffing, and ensures branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal audit controls. Listen for financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to a banker, and support onboarding and training for new tellers.
