Analyst, Real Estate Strategy

Set and implement controlling routines and strategies for real estate functions across the US and Canada. Own market data accuracy, deliver trend analysis and forecasts, and produce financial and CapEx/OpEx reporting for local and global stakeholders. Support expansion strategy, lease renewals, and major landlord negotiations by analyzing KPI and vendor data, while partnering closely with Finance, Construction-Store Design & Facility, and Store Operations.
