Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and implement controlling routines and strategies for US and Canada real estate functions.
  • •Perform and support analysis on real estate and financial KPIs (e.g., ROI, rent levels, operational costs).
  • •Monitor and review sales, surplus, operational costs, and CapEx; support budgeting and forecasting with store KPI benchmarks.
  • •Collaborate on lease renewals and major landlord package negotiations using market data and third-party vendor reports.
  • •Create and support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for CapEx and OpEx; maintain accurate project pipeline and portfolio information.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or business analyst roles.
  • •Prior auditing/accounting/controlling experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Experience preparing and presenting financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting principles and supporting systems.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
