Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare two to three strong candidates from the internal pool before each sales demo (briefing, availability confirmation, and role alignment).
  • •Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet.
  • •Bring two to three live candidates into the Google Meet for a short, structured introduction and manage real-time interaction.
  • •Close the sale by confirming the client agreement with the chosen candidate.
  • •Complete post-demo administration including internal documentation, CRM updates, and Discord coordination; notify Customer Success when a verbal commitment is secured.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles (preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services).
  • •Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative demos.
  • •Comfort presenting live candidates to clients and managing real-time interactions.
  • •Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
  • •Highly organized and self-directed, able to own the full process from preparation through administrative close.
