Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify right technical talent.
  • •Own full-cycle technical recruitment across Research Science and Research Engineering, from sourcing to close.
  • •Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and competitive landscape for US research and engineering talent.
  • •Run intake and calibration sessions and drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines in a competitive hiring market.
  • •Develop recruiting processes and tools using data, including market maps, competitive intel, and standardized interview rubrics and scorecards.
