Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the strategy for building and incorporating AI/ML-powered tools to enhance developer velocity, automate complex tasks in the Continuous Integration, and provide intelligent insights into system performance and code quality.
  • •Articulate and drive a technical, strategic vision and roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Program Management, Operations and other scrum teams.
  • •Recruit and mentor a globally distributed and talented group of diverse employees.
  • •Build high quality tools and automation for internal use to support continuous delivery and developer productivity.

  • •Leading or managing high-performing platform teams (3+ years)
  • •End-to-end project delivery; building roadmaps through operational sustainability
